After using the steam cleaner in our bakery for several months we were thrilled with the results we could achieve will little or no chemicals.
We were able to clean floors, oven doors, greasy walls and windows with far better results than conventional chemical cleaners.
We discovered the true colour of our tile grout for the first time since owning the bakery.
The various attachments enabled us to blast in those difficult to clean places such as bread rack wheels, the corners around the oven doors, the rubber seals around the cool-room cools display cabinet and the metal trims for the sliding doors etc.
Our bakery never looked cleaner and we are happy with the hygienic standards that can be achieved especially in the Food Safety and Hygiene standards now being demanded in all food outlets
We believe these steam cleaners should be the norm when it comes to equipment set up in all Brumby's bakeries.
